When to hire a skip

On-road or off-road?
On-road is when the skip is located on a public highway. Off-road is when it's placed on a driveway, yard or private road.
On-road skips require a skip license from the council. In addition, if the road is a controlled parking zone, they require a CPZ suspension. Both cost extra.
