Courier Style Comms on the Day
We provide courier style communications on the day of collection that include ‘On our way’ phone calls and texts, with live GPS tracking to follow the team as they drive to site. ‘Arrived on site’ alerts with photos and names of the collection team and their vehicle registration. And ‘Job done’ texts and emails to confirm exactly when the collection happened, before and after photos and a PDF waste transfer note.
Live Management Information & Monthly Reporting
Use your Online Booking Portal to monitor jobs as they happen and view photos of what was taken and how the site was left. In addition, we provide monthly reports that include a cradle to grave waste audit trail, performance against operational KPIs, percentage landfill diversion, site feedback ratings and comments, and detailed cost and weight metrics .
