My first time of using AnyJunk and I would use them again. After initially failing to pick up all but one of the items, they returned promptly to put this right. Great company to deal with, especially Jennifer who dealt with my query speedily and effectively.

I found it easy to make the online booking. The removal team turned up in the selected time period having sent an alert that they were on the way and when they arrived. Picked up the stuff to be removed quickly and with no fuss.

AnyJunk did not see items for collection on the driveway and did not try to phone me, ring at the bell. They just drove by and left. I had left the items inside the house because of uncertain weather forecast. They sent an email just before arriving. I tried to catch them in front of the house but they had already left. Basically charging me just for passing by. I asked AnyJunk to come back another day, but they referred to their T&C.

Thank you for your feedback, I understand my colleague has already advised and explained that we are bound by the council rules/T&C's. If you check their website, it does state all your items have to be outside by a certain time and we can not refund you if you left your items inside.
If you would like to speak further about this then please do give us a call and we can refer you to your council.
I use this company a lot and I am always happy with the service received. Punctuality, welcoming and quality of work is important and was noted on this visit.

There is a real gap in how communities deal with bulky/awkward unwanted and broken items in UK households. This company is amazing in tackling this head on. They only have very few restrictions on what cannot be removed by them for very clear and obvious reasons (like asbestos), they have a simple pricing system and making a booking is very easy. They give good notice once the team are nearby for pickup and the staff are polite and professional. They even refund the difference if you guesstimate the weight of your junk incorrectly which is very honest of them. I believe they divert 98% of what they collect from landfill so, they are doing something very good for the environment. Outstanding and I plan to use the company again.

Good initial ‘phone contact. Appointment made and kept with an e mail and text update on the appointed day on progress of arrival. Cheery drivers who collected my rubbish swiftly with the minimum of fuss.

Removed an awkward outsize TV stand from a difficult situation without any fuss. Quietly I was worried they would complain and increase the quote but they did not. The two gentlemen are good ambassadors for their company.
