Inbound sales & customer service manager
Are you a calm and articulate communicator with management experience and a passion for delivering fantastic customer service? We are looking for an enthusiastic, ambitious and experienced team leader to manage our award-winning customer service and inbound sales team based at our head office in London.
The purpose of this role is to improve sales performance by organising workflow and responsibilities within the team, ensuring that our exceptional standards of communication and service remain at the highest possible level. You'll need to demonstrate good IT skills, natural empathy, an outgoing and friendly personality, an ability to prioritise multiple tasks and excellent attention to detail.

Drivers & navigators
Fancy getting fit, doing something a bit different and working with a great team of people? You'll need bags of energy, excellent English, and a genuine enthusiasm for meeting new people, saving junk from landfill and delivering great service.
All drivers must enjoy driving slowly and, for insurance purposes, be aged 25 or over and possess a valid UK Class C1 Drivers Licence (you'll have this automatically if you passed your test in the UK before Jan-97, but if you are unsure please call the DVLA on 0870 240 0009).
Starting Salary: Basic of £6.50 - £7.35 per hour + monthly bonus based on performance
Hours: 07:30 - 17:30 Monday to Saturday (various shifts available)
Type: Part-time or Full-time
Start date: Immediate
Location: Birmingham, Braintree, Bristol, Glasgow, Leeds, London, Luton, Manchester, Newcastle, Southampton
